Property Search
The search fee structure is performance related and payable in two stages:
1. Prior to the commencement of property search services, a non-refundable retaining fee of £500 is payable to cover expenses incurred during the three month search period. This retaining fee is deductible from the success fee; and
2. A success fee of 2% of the property purchase price is payable within 28 days of exchange of contracts.
Project Management
Project management services are chargeable at 15% of the final building costs. The fee is part paid at the planning stage (based on half of the total estimated cost) and the balance paid on handover.All fees are subject to VAT
